Chamon

Realm of Metal

Despite the nature of the Gold Wind the metallic makeup of chammon makes it a relatively stable albeit difficult realm to call home. Archipelagos of floating islands drift between winding bridges of silver as winds of mercury flow across fields of purest golden wheat. Metal is in high supply in the realm, yet edible food and workable leathers or textiles are less so. Thus the people of chaton commonly trade tools, weapons, armor, munitions and even vehicles for everything else they need to survive. Nothing stays in one place for long in chammon so the people have gotten used to migrating and inventing all sorts of ways to navigate the sky islands

Grungni Shaper of Realms

Unlike his brother Grimnir, Grungni is a craftsman, smith, engineer and mason. He is the ancestor god of creation to the Dwarves/Duardin and a rather distant patron father who believes his people strong enough to survive without him and his works. He and Grimnir where found by Sigmar tied to a rock on the tallest mountain of chamon. When Sigmar freed them they refused to answer why they where there but still offered to repay Sigmar for his kindness, joining the pantheon Grungni constructed cites, engines celestial clocks and hundreds of mechanical wonders. When the age of chaos came he stayed in azyr to help sigmar craft his final plan and he remains there today forging Stormcast eternals, arming their ranks and constructing their war machines never endingly.

The Golden Wind

The lore of metal and sepect of alchemy, Chamon is about change and transmutation that best conforms to logic, experimentation and subtle manipulations. Structure and material are both tools of the golden winds trade, modifying the makeup of a thing is complicated but nowhere near impossible, often this means turning lead to gold, making heavy metals lighter or rusting metal at lightning speeds even if the change isn’t always permanent. Its practitioners are often known as alchemists or gold mages. In its solid form it becomes Chamonite a semi liquid metal that forms into floating globes that defy gravity, resembling mercury or melting steel. Chamomile is capable of easing transmutation or being refined into any metal through intense chemical processes. However chamonite is so unpredictable that even slight disturbances in the refinement process can cause an explosive cascade of magical force

Mortal Life

Life in Chamon is unlike most other realms, survival here is not based on ones hunting or gathering skills but by their own craft and pluck. The realm of metal has very few patches of fertile farmland, instead holding no shortage of mining operations and Kharadron trading companies. Chamon can be a giving place but only if you’re able to make use of its gifts, this makes the people of Chamon uniquely crafty and full of wit. Most wonders of mechanics or magi-tech come from Chamon and they have no shortage of great minds to craft wonders.
