New Russian Drama

Welcome to the home of the New Russian Drama Project. Our project , the result of a collaboration between the "Center for International Theatre Development and The Department of Theatre Arts at Towson University, was designed to bring new Russian drama to audiences in the United States through the translation, study and production of plays by a new generation of Russian playwrights. This site provides information about the plays and playwrights that are putting the voice of contemporary Russia on stage and about our project’s productions and professional conference.
