GEORGES SERAT

He shifted away from Impressionism to pointillism. He still appropriated the common themes of everyday leisure, and nature scenes, but he wanted to portray the colors more specifically, with more details. He has passionate about the science behind color, about how certain angles or combinations would create different color tonalities we se from afar. He developed a technique called “chromoliminism”, better known as pointillism, in which small dots of different colors achieved a unique color mixture.
