For project 1, I want to create a show titled Dreamer, where it will feature artists that create surrealist and slightly abstract work- meaning that there are representational elements within the work with certain aspects abstracted. The artists of this show will feature Hieu Nguyen, Jee Young Lee, Neo Nguyen, and Max Murphy. These artists are a mix of traditional media with watercolor, installation, and pen art, as well as body art and tattooing. These artists will be featured in a place in Towson, Baltimore called Triple Crown Tattoo. The reason for this place is because not only are they a tattoo studio, they also are part art gallery and feature artwork from local and student artists from the Towson area. For the website, it will be a pastel color palette primarily, with some saturated accent colors, to grab the viewers eye on certain areas. The website will feature each of the artists on a separate tab, each showcasing the individual's work and the home tab, which will feature the artist's profiles, as well as the details for where, when, etc. The gallery will take place.
