The Royal Family

The Royal Family or also known as ReQuest Dance Crew are an all-female hip-hop dance crew from Auckland, New Zealand. ReQuest was formed in 2007, with originally five members lead by Parris Goebel, a world-wide famous choreographer for many celebrities. They are based out of The Palace Dance Studio in Penrose and are one of six crews alongside The Royal Family (MegaCrew), Kingsmen (Adult), Sorority (Varsity), Duchesses (Varsity) and Bubblegum (Junior). They first gained global recognition in 2009 when they competed for the first time at the HHI World Hip Hop Dance Championship in Las Vegas. They also won first place in the Varsity Crew Division. People mainly recognize them dancing alongside the Royal Family dance crew which is also led by Parris Goebel. They did a guest performance in 2018 at the Dance Championship Nationals as shown above. They are an extremely sucessful international dance group and have performed alongside many international artists such as K-pop stars CL, 2NE1, and Big Bang.

BEBE

Bebe is an all-female hip-hop dance crew from South Korea that was formed in 2022. It currently conisists of seven members (left to right): Sowoen, Lusher, Kyma, Bada, Minah, Cheche, and Tatter. The crew participated in the dance competition show "Street Woman Fighter 2" in 2023 and won first place led by their leader Bada Lee to victory. They currently dance under the dance academy "Just Jerk." Just Jerk is a famous dance academy in South Korea and is also the home of the first place winners of the dance competition show "Street Man Fighter." Their leader Bada Lee is also a famous choreographer in South Korea who has choreographed many viral dances for the artist Kai, Aespa, NCT, The Boyz, and her most recent viral dance challenge "Smoke." Bebe has recently gained lots of fame from participating in "Street Woman Fighter" and are also gaining international fame. The Jabbawockeez

The Jabbawockeez are a world-famous dance crew that has risen to fame since 2008. The made their first national television appearance in 2006 on the televsion show "America's Got Talent" and competed on the show "America's Best Dance Crew" and won first place which skyrocketed them to world fame. The Jabbawockeez are universally recognized as America's true and best dance crew in history. You may recognize them from their signature white masks and gloves which helps the audience focus on their movements and grooves rather than their individual identities. They are known for being unique and their extreme talent and athleticism in dancing. Their name The Jabbawockeez derives from Lewis Carroll's poem "Jabberwocky" which is a character of a dragon. The Jabbawockeez are an extremely accomplished dance crew which has achieved more than an dance crew ever in the dance world. The Les Twins

The Les Twins are an iconic duo in the dance world. The twins Laurent and Larry Nicolas Bourgeois were born on December 6, 1988, in Paris, France. They are also known by their respective nicknames "Lil Beast" and "Ca Blaze." They have been popular among the French audience for becoming finalists on the show "Incroyable Talent." They have also gone viral in the United States and gained popularity when street dance videos of them became viral on Youtube with over 44 million views. Ever since then, they have also gained popularity from being dancers for many artists such as Drake, Jay-Z, Snoop Dop, and Beyonce. They have also participated in dance competitions such as "World of Dance." They won first place in "World of Dance" in 2017 which launched their fame. Other than performing for artists such as Beyonce, they both travel the world leading dance workshops and teaching their original choreography. In 2005, they hired five members and created a dance crew called "Criminalz Crew." They have been competing in hip hop tournaments and have also been performing in sold-out shows. YGX

YGX is a hip hop dance crew from South Korea under the entertainment agency YG Entertainment. YG Entertainment is known as one of the "Big Three" entertainment agencies in South Korea, meaning they are one of the biggest enterainment agencies in South Korea and are home to some of the most famous K-pop artists such as BLACKPINK, Big Bang, and 2NE1. YGX choreographs many choreographies for artists within and outside of YG Entertainment. Their leader Lee Leejung has choreographed many viral and famous choreographies for artists such as ITZY, BLACKPINK, TWICE and many more. They have also participated in the first season of "Street Woman Fighter" and have placed fifth place before being eliminated. The show gave them even more recognition than before especially when their choreography was chosen for the song "Cold-Blooded" by Jessi among the other dance crews in the show.
