!We are approaching May 30, the date on which National Potato Day is celebrated. It is usual for us to talk about the subject in this space and this year will be no exception. There are about four thousand varieties of potatoes and in our country there are more than 2,300 endemic potatoes. The valuable thing about this product is that each of these varieties are different in texture, color and flavor. There are few varieties that we consume daily, especially in the capital. White, yellow,pa huamantanga, peruanita or canchán potato, are some of them but there are thousands of others that we don't even know many times where to buy!

We have implemented these potatoes on many of our delicious Peruvian dishes, let me take you and see some of our dishes !!
