Trance
What is Trance?
Trance music is a genre of EDM that emerged in the early 1990s, when European music producers and DJs began incorporating more electronic synthesizers and experimental sounds into their tracks. Often described as a fusion of techno and house music, trance is characterized by its repetitive, melodic structure, which includes a steady "4-on-the-floor" kick, long build-ups, ambient textures, and soaring synths. With a tempo typically ranging from 125 to 150 beats per minute, trance creates an immersive, euphoric atmosphere.
