It takes us 2-5 business days to ship out your order. When shipped, you will recieve a tracking number to track the progress of your order. It typically arrives within a week but sometimes our carrier USPS expereinces delays so it may take longer. It is out of on control on how long it takes for oyur order to be delivered

To cancel your order, contact us directly at tubbythebluedino@customerservice.com and you will get a full refund if your order hasn't been shipped out. If it has been shipped out, you will need to wait until you recieve the item and place a return.
