SYNOPSIS:
Three nameless men -- their faces concealed behind surgical masks -- are on the run from a dark fate that the entire world has inherited. As they take flight down the deserted backcountry roads of a picturesque, rural landscape, it soon becomes clear that there is something seriously wrong with one of them… or maybe more.
