We currently ship to the United States and Canada, we are currently in the process of setting up shipping overseas, so stay tuned!

We have a partnership with Hmart to offer our products in their stores in many states, and we also have a satelite store at Grand Central Market in California.

Chef Bitty's Boba typically has quick shipping times. We process your order within 1-2 days after you place it, and arrives at your door within 2-4 days of shipping with priority shipping. When possible, we send our orders through UPS. Upon ordering, you will get a tracking code in your email to check the status of your package.

If the tracking information states that it has not been updated for 3 consecutive business days, you may contact the carrier for more information. After 7 days, we will contact and/or file a claim with UPS for reimbursement ourselves automatically, and update through email with any urgent information regarding your order.
If your package has been lost in transit, we can offer a refund. For cases of misdelivery (if it says delivered and it is not there) you must contact the shipping company, as we cannot file a claim on packages that state they were delivered.

For orders under 50$, we charge a flat 7 dollar delivery fee for U.S customers. Other regions are subject to variable shipping costs, which can be determined at checkout.

Chef Bitty's Boba contains dairy (milk) and may contain traces of soy. This product is also not recommended for those with food dye sensitivities. We cannot guaruntee our products are gluten-free for those who are severely allergic or have celiac disease.

We are currently developing a line of green teas without dairy. We currently have a passionfruit green tea, a lavendar lemonade green tea, and a rosehip blueberry green tea in development planned for late 2026.
