Ceres Gallery is a feminist, non-profit, alternative gallery in New York City, dedicated to the promotion of contemporary women in the arts. Ceres' exhibition space enhances public awareness and helps remediate women’s limited access to commercial galleries. The members of Ceres Gallery believe the arts have the power to educate, enhance and enrich the quality and depth of people’s lives. Ceres provides a showcase for women artists regardless of age, artistic style or commercial viability to exhibit their work in New York City, many for the first time. Through its progressive programing, the Gallery has become a gathering place for women artists to support eachother in their artistic journeys.

WOMEN TO WATCH
February 10th - April 15th
Our new exhibition, Women to Watch, explores the work of young female artists today. These women have been flying under the radar for some time and are finally being given the attention they deserve at the Ceres Gallery in New York. All three of these artists are inspired by the world and people around them, portraying modern day life in three unique styles.
