Curve Expert is a nice program for producing graphs for your data. There is a shareware version of the software on the site, and a link to purchase a license.

Isis Draw is a great program for building structures. There are a lot of template that come with the program. ISIS/Draw is free for academic and personal home use only. Please read their End User License Agreement.
Don't forget to download the help file. It is seperate from the main program.

Protein Explorer, a RasMol-derivative, is the easiest-to-use and most powerful software for looking at macromolecular structure and its relation to function. And it's free! It runs on Windows or Macintosh/PPC computers. RasMol users will find its menus very familiar, and it understands RasMol commands. It is very fast: rotating a protein or DNA molecule shows its 3D structure. What happened to RasMol? It is still available, but it is much harder to use effectively and considerably less powerful than version 1.5 of Protein Explorer (released summer 2000).

McAfee.com website has a download area for trial versions of their software packages. You can test drive McAfee VirusScan, McAfee Firewall, McAfeeUtilities, Internet Guard Dog, etc.... All you have to do is visit their site!
