PAULA SCHER
Paula Scher is an American graphic designer and painter based out of New York. She is one of the most influential graphic designers in the world. Scher's work varies from album covers to hand painted maps and even to posters for the New York Public Theater. She has been a partner in the New York office of Pentagram since 1991. She began her art career as an art director in the 70's and early 80's when people started noticing her style of typography. In the 90's The Public Theater was completely rebranded and was more noticeable because of Scher's work.
