Zoe Cox

I am Zoe, I am studying Graphic Design at Towson University, set to get my BFA in the art and design focus this spring 2025. I really love to make things, whether it be fine art, design, or physical things. I have recently discovered book-binding through a class here at Towson, and I have also been fixated on sewing in general for a lot longer than I expected. I am from Maryland, born and raised in Harford County. I have been learning and practicing design since high school through their technical trade program: Printing and Graphic Communications. I learned design and some production processes alongside each other, so I feel I am very comfortable and efficient with computer-print production; not as much screen-to-screen production (web design), so I hope to work on that in my last semester here.

This was the last class that I needed to be able to graduate, other than the portfolio and BFA class. I would like to be able to use something from this class to be able to add to my portfolio or enhance a project I will be working on in either of those classes. It would be great to be able to make a site that can either showcase my portfolio or maybe function as a site to take commissions or design job inquiries. In general, I am not particularly fond of web design, but I do think it's important to learn it on some level in the world of graphic design.
