There is nothing to hand-in or submit
for Lab 13.
But this activity is required and
essential to help you organize and prepare for your Final Term Project (Lab15.)
Overview
The design process for your
project will start with a story board. Story boards are used in the
planning phase of multimedia projects. They are design tools used to represent
the overall structure of the project and the relationship between individual
elements of the project. Once completed, your story board will serve as a
visual representation of your Term Project.
Attention to detail and
successful completion of this activity is essential for the well-being of your
Term Project. Work through the steps below and all of the associated links
provided on this page carefully and thoroughly.
1. For our project we want to create one story board to give an overview over the complete project and show the relationship between the individual elements of the project. This story board is similar to a flow chart representing the overall connection, logic and flow of the individual elements.

2. Additional story boards will be created for all individual elements. Each of these story boards will contain a detailed plan of the text, images, and sound of what will appear on each screen.
3. Print as many forms as needed during this design phase of your project.

Remember that this is a creative process :-) The process is dynamic and you can change your story board layout as many times as necessary. There is no "right" or "wrong" way to fill these story boards with information.
These story board designs will be the basis for the production phase of your project.
There is nothing to submit
for this assignment – but remember that the activity is required in order
to help organize your Term Project on the front end.
