Judaism: L'Chaim!

In Judaism, the meaning of life is found in the encounter between the Divine and the human. By living the Torah and working for justice Jews bring the Divine into the world. This purpose is fulfilled through love, compassion, forgiveness, and ethical actions that honor the sacredness of life and connect humanity to God.


Christianity: God's Plan

In Christianity the purpose of life is to love God fully love others as yourself and live in a way that glorifies God. Christians aim to know God personally obey his teachings and share their faith with others. The ultimate goal is eternal life in heaven with God.


Islam: اِصبِر تَنُل (iṣbir tanul)

In Islam the purpose of life is to worship Allah and find peace with God and oneself. Muslims worship Allah by following the Qur'an and the Prophet's Tradition striving for inner peace by serving Allah sincerely. Life is a test that determines one's afterlife and Muslims believe in caring for others responding with patience and working for humanity while keeping a deep connection with Allah.
