My name is Rose Hobbs! I'm a Graphic Designer finishing up my BFA at Towson University. I was born and raised in Maryland! However, almost all of my family live out West in Portland, OR and Los Angeles, CA. In my freetime, I enjoy designing for fun and playing video games. Some video games that I enjoy playing are Minecraft and Animal Crossing. I used to play Valorant competitively! These days I don't really enjoy competitive games as much. I've really been into games where designing is a big element. Who would have thought!

I currently live with my partner, Jeffrey, and our 4 cats, Kiwi, Thorn, Tiny, and Winston. I like to collect little trinkets and figures and really "maximalize" my life. I used to be pretty minimalist in how I approached design and my life but I think capitalism's influence has changed my brain chemistry. I love to surround myself with things I love!

Anyway, Jessica Walsh is a pretty big influence for me. I often think about her take on design and play. Design should be fun, engaging, and overall something you enjoy!
