Xaas Magazine!

Xaas Magazine was a type design project for my graphic design II (ART417) class in the spring semester of 2022. The assignment was to create a magazine based on a social cause. Xaas Magazine is about modernity and the rapid development of technology in the digital era. I used digital visual elements to emphasize the theme of technology and the internet. During this project I began experimenting with corrupting and compressing jpeg files to create an intentional digital artifact, this is probably most obvious in the climate change article but it is used throughout the magazine.
