My name is Aranthza Sanchez Acosta, but you are welcome to call me Ari. I am an Art and Design major with a concentration in Graphic Design at Towson University. I have been interested in art for as long as I can remember, and from a young age, I knew I wanted to pursue it as a career simply because I enjoy making things, whether for others or for myself. Growing up, I explored many different forms of art, including painting, photography, and drawing. No matter the medium, I have always enjoyed the creative process. This passion for creating is the reason I want to pursue art: I want to create meaningful work and share my interests with others. I am taking this web design course to further expand my design skills within today’s technological world. This semester, my goal is to create and finalize a portfolio website to showcase my projects. Outside of class, I enjoy reading books and playing relaxing, creative video games to unwind. I was born in the Dominican Republic and am not originally from Maryland.
